from the control panel. This procedure is NOT in the manuals to allow property owners and

managers to control this setting as needed.

• This is beneficial to landlords and property management to conserve energy and reduce

unnecessary gas consumption.

• To perform this adjustment, do the following:

1. While the unit is off, press the “Function Lock”

or “Child Lock” and “Up” arrow buttons at the

same time for about 3 seconds until the unit

beeps

“Economy” and “Select” buttons at

the same time for about 3 seconds

until the unit beeps

1. While the unit is off, press the

“Economy” and “Up” buttons at the

same time for about 3 seconds until

2. Select the maximum temperature with the up and down arrows

3. Press the On/Off button to save the new setting
